Basil Gazpacho

1 cucumber

1 red paprika

2 tbsp oliveoil

10 drops of myAROMA basil

3 drops of myAROMA green mint

First, peel the tomatoes and deseed the cucumber and bell pepper. Then, puree the vegetables. While the mixture is blending, add the flavorings. Also, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate the gazpacho for about 3 hours.

 

If you like your gazpacho spicy, you can add chili flakes or dried chili to the blending process.
