Asian One-Pot Mie Noodles

For 1 pan (2-3 portions)

170 g Instant Mie Noodles

1 small broccoli

2 carrots

1 red paprika

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 EL red curry paste

1 EL peanutbutter

400 ml coconut milk

500 ml Vegetable broth

4 EL soja sauce

pinch of salt

32 drops of (= 1,6ml) myAROMA ginger
 
 
 

preparation

First clean the vegetables. Chop the broccoli into florets, cut the carrots into sticks and the peppers into pieces. Place Mie noodles, coconut milk, vegetable broth, curry paste, tomato paste, peanut butter, soy sauce and myAROMA ginger in a large pan. Add vegetables. Cover the pan with a suitable lid. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer the one-pot dish on a medium level for 5-6 minutes. 

As soon as the Mie noodles are cooked, mix everything well and enjoy.
