Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease the loaf pan well. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl. Score the vanilla pod lengthwise with a knife and scrape it out with the back of the knife. Whisk oil with brown sugar and eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, myAROMA cinnamon and vanilla and mix with the oil-egg mixture. Stir in banana puree. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes. After baking, allow the banana bread to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
