First, mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix 2 egg yolks with the milk and the myAROMA banana. While stirring, add the dry ingredients. Let the resulting dough rest for approx. 15-30 minutes.
After the resting time, you can process the egg whites into egg whites and fold them into the mixture. Bake pancakes in a hot, greased pan. As soon as the edge is golden brown and no bubbles form, the pancake can be turned over (baking time approx. 1 minute on each side).
