Fiery Buffalo Wings with Range Dip

For 3 people

ingredients Range Dip

200 g sour creame
100 ml butter milk
fresh chive
salt & pepper
1500 g chicken wings, natural
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp pepper

 

ingredients Buffalo-Wings Marinade

250 ml tomato sauce
50 g chili sauce
2 tbsp soja sauce
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder
2 spring onions for sprinkling
20 drops myAROMA No 13 chili
35 drops myAROMA No 86 basil

 

preparation

Place the wings on a baking tray. Mix salt, pepper and baking powder and season the wings on both sides. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat). Turn once in between. For the marinade, heat all the ingredients except the flavourings in a saucepan. Let it boil down a little over medium heat. Pour the marinade over the finished wings and mix well in a bowl. Now add the basil and chilli flavours. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, stir together the ingredients for the range dip and serve the wings with it.
