Place the wings on a baking tray. Mix salt, pepper and baking powder and season the wings on both sides. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat). Turn once in between. For the marinade, heat all the ingredients except the flavourings in a saucepan. Let it boil down a little over medium heat. Pour the marinade over the finished wings and mix well in a bowl. Now add the basil and chilli flavours. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, stir together the ingredients for the range dip and serve the wings with it.
