Cut the dragon fruit lengthwise into two parts. Cut out the balls from approx. 2/3, cut the rest into 1 cm thick strips. Cut 5 slices from the lime and halve the rest. Put the mint, dragon fruit slices and sugar syrup in a sturdy glass. Crush with a pestle until the pink colour stands out well. Add the lime halves to the glass and gently squeeze with the pestle. Pour the pink measures into the cocktail glass and add balls. The balls should be on top of the pink measure. Now fill up with ice cubes, balls, mint leaves and lime slices. Now pour the rum into the glass and top up with lemonade. Decorate with mint, lime slice and the remaining balls.
