1 can of chickpeas (drained weight approx. 125 g)

25 ml cold water

1 garlic glove

3 drops of myAROMA No 82 lemon

60 g Sesame paste

1/2 tsp salt 

2 drops of myAROMA No 85 pepper

1/2 tsp ground cumin
1-2 tbsp olive oil
 
 
 

preparation

Drain the chickpeas in a colander. Set aside 1 tbsp for garnish. Peel the garlic clove. Finely puree the garlic clove and cold water in a food processor. Add chickpeas, sesame paste and aromatics. Mix until you get a creamy consistency. Add a little water if the spread becomes too thick. Decorate with remaining chickpeas in a bowl and serve with olive oil.
