200 ml water
2-3 drops of myAROMA lemon
yellow food coloring to taste
70 ml cream
3 EL starch
6 g sugar substitutes (Xucker, Stevia,...)

For the lemon curd we need 200ml lemon juice, 70ml cream, 3 tbsp starch and 6g healthy sugar substitute (replaces 100g sugar). For this, the lemon juice is boiled and thickened with starch and cream. Let the mass cool down
For the cream, mix the quark and mascarpome and add the sweetness with a little myAROMA lemon and lemon zest. At the same time, whip the cream until stiff. Now carefully fold the cream under the measurements. Then dip the ladyfingers in a myAROMA lemon / water mixture and shape them. Alternately apply a layer of spoon biscuits, a layer of lemon curd and a layer of cream in a casserole dish. For the best consistency, refrigerate the tiramisu overnight.
