Easter bread

Recipe

for 1 bread

 

incredients dough

250 ml milk

75 g butter

20 g yeast

500 g flour

60 g sugar

40 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla

40 drops of myAROMA No 82 lemon

1 pinch of salt

1 egg

50 g chopped almonds

75 g raisins

1 tbsp milk

crystal sugar
 
 

preparation

Warm the milk to lukewarm, dissolve the yeast and butter in it. Add the flour, sugar, flavorings, salt and egg and knead in the food processor for 5 minutes. Then knead in the chopped almonds and raisins.

Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Form a flatbread/ball out of the dough on a lightly floured surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.

After the rising time, cut a cross in the flat cake. Whisk the egg with milk and brush the surface, sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake for approx. 30 minutes.
