Mix the quark, 30 g powdered sugar and myAROMA vanilla. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Heat the raspberries with the remaining powdered sugar. Add myAROMA Raspberry to the heated raspberries. Then layer the raspberries and the quark mixture in small glasses and decorate it.
Tip: add the myAROMA flavor drops to the raspberries as late as possible when heating them up. This ensures that the aroma is not overcooked and the intensity is retained. Thus (depending on taste) fewer drops are needed.
