Cottage cheese coconut macaroons

1 pinch of salt

100 g sugar

1 tbsp vanille sugar

65 g cottage cheese

6 drops of myAROMA No 50 almond

200 g grated coconut

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until very stiff. Fold the quark, myAROMA almond and grated coconut into the egg white. After that, small heaps of the mass can be distributed on the wafers. Now bake the shaped macaroons at 180 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
