100 g ground almonds

250 g flour

1 Pck. baking powder

250 g lowfat quark

110 g sugar

60 g butter

1 egg

70 g raisins

30 g chopped lemon peel/orange peel

25 drops of myAROMA No 66 rum

10 drops of myAROMA No 50 almond

liquid butter

preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf tin, if you don't have one, use a loaf cake tin.

 

Make a kneading dough from all the ingredients. Pour the dough into the prepared form and smooth it out. Place open side down on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 50 minutes.

 

Turn out of the mold and brush with the melted butter and let cool. Dust the cooled stollen with powdered sugar.
