Separate the egg whites from the yolks. The chocolate must be melted in a water bath. Mix egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns white. Gradually add the raspberry flavor and the chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to carefully fold the egg white into the mixture. Pour into glasses. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Decorate with raspberries and chocolate shavings before eating.
PS: Instead of the raspberry flavor, other flavors such as passion fruit or mint can also be used.
