1 roll of finished puff pastry

¼ TL cinnamon

25 g sugar

1 egg

1 TL honey

ground nuts

25 drops of myAROMA rum no 66

 

preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.

 

Make the nut filling (place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well).

 

Unroll the puff pastry and carefully spread the nut mixture on half of the dough. Fold the other half over it.

 

Using a pizza cutter, cut approx. 7 thumb-thick strips. Twist each strip together, shape it into a heart and place it on the baking tray. Spread with a little cream and bake for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
