Make sugar syrup from sugar and 30ml water. To do this, both are placed in a saucepan and boiled for 5 minutes at approx. 100 °C. Then pour the resulting syrup into a small bowl and let it cool.
During the cooling phase, the watermelon, freshly squeezed lemon juice, myAROMA watermelon & spearmint can be pureed. Pour the pureed mixture into 4 glasses and top up with mineral water. Sweeten with sugar syrup to taste. As an alternative to sugar syrup, agave syrup can also be used to sweeten if necessary.
Serve the glasses garnished with fresh mint and ice cubes.
