Candy floss cupcakes

REcipe

For 12 muffins

 

ingredients

2 eggs
125g sugar
125g butter (room temparature)
50g baking cocoa
150g flour
50g grounded hazelnut
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
50ml milk
150g chocolate drops, chips etc.
15 drops myAROMA No 84 candy floss
cream cheese frosting with myAROMA candy floss flavour:
100g butter (room temparature)
250g icing sugar
200g cream cheese

 

preparation

Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy, add the eggs and beat well again. Mix all the dry ingredients, except for the chocolate drops, and gradually stir into the batter. Finally, add 2/3 of the chocolate chips and the milk. Prepare the muffin tin with the cups and spread the batter into the moulds, preferably with two spoons. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate drops on top of the muffins and bake at 170°C for approx. 30 minutes.
