Peel the apples, core them and cut them into small pieces. Pour water into a large saucepan. Gradually add powdered sugar and simmer. Once the apples have melted and are easy to mash, puree and add the aromatics. Allow the compote to cool slightly and enjoy lukewarm.
PS: For a touch of autumn in the taste, you can also add a few drops of myAROMA No 87 cinnamon.
As an accompaniment to Kaiserschmarrn, the peach flavor can also be swapped for myAROMA No 66 Rum. This requires approx. 36 drops (depending on taste).
