Apple Tonic Water with Amaretto (contains alcohol)

ingredients

300 ml apple juice

1 red apple

300 ml driy white wine

60 ml Amaretto

2 tbsp brown sugar candy

20 drops myAROMA No 73 tonic water

15 drops myAROMA No 63 red apple

cinnamon sticks

star anis

preparation

Wash the apple and cut into small pieces. Pour the apple juice into a carafe with the white wine and Amaretto. Add the apple pieces and sugar candy. Add the two flavours tonic water and red apple. Leave to infuse overnight or at least until the sugar candy has dissolved. Before serving, refine with cinnamon sticks and star anise.
