50 g oatmeal

150 g greek joghurt or skyr

1 EL chia seeds

100 ml almond milk

4 drops of myAROMA vanilla

fresh berries (strawberry/raspberry/blueberry)

1 tbsp honey or Honig oder maple syrup
 
 

preparation

Pour Greek yogurt/skyr, almond milk, myAROMA vanilla, and honey/maple syrup into a large glass. Mix in chia seeds and rolled oats. Stir well! Top with fresh seasonal berries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. These overnight oats are perfect for meal prep.
