Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan oven. Peel the apples, cut into pieces and mix with a mixture of lemon juice, myAROMA red apple and myAROMA cinnamon. Grease 6 fireproof ramekins. Mix the flour with the brown sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add butter in cubes. Briefly work with your hands to form a crumbly dough.
Now the apple cubes can be distributed among the molds. Since the apples lose liquid during baking and therefore collapse a little, they can be distributed into the molds up to the edges. Cover the apple pieces generously with the sprinkles. Bake the apple crumble for about 20 minutes. Serve the cooled apple crumble with a little powdered sugar and or vanilla ice cream if you like.
PS: The apple crumble is served lukewarm and is a real culinary delight!
