Fitness-Cheesecake Smoothie

For 2 people

 

ingredients

10 drops myAROMA No 39 cheesecake
2 bananas
3 tbsp almond spread
8 dates
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 glas of water

 

preparation

Cut the bananas into pieces. Stone the dates if necessary and cut them in half. Place the bananas in a blender or food processor with the almond spread, dates, hemp seeds and water. Add 10 drops of myAROMA cheesecake flavour No. 39. Puree until creamy. Optionally serve with strawberries, banana pieces or pineapple.
