Salted Caramel Butter

1-2 ssp. salt, depending on your taste
300g softened butter

In a bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter at room temperature until fluffy. Stir in the myAROMA caramel and salt. If you like, you can also add pieces of caramel, for example from caramel candies. Now shape the mixture (or place it in a bowl), wrap in baking paper and refrigerate. This butter is perfect for waffles, for example.
Rosemary orange Butter

6 drops of myAROMA pepper
1 fresh chilli, finely diced
300g softened butter

Cream the butter at room temperature in a bowl with a hand mixer. Stir in myAROMA Orange, rosemary and pepper. Add chili and salt. Then shape the mixture and wrap in parchment paper (or in a bowl) and refrigerate. This grilled butter can be served with fish, for example.
cinnamon vanilla butter

80 g fine brown sugar
300g softened butter

Cream the butter at room temperature in a bowl with a hand mixer. Stir in myAROMA vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. Wrap the mixture in parchment paper or place in a bowl and refrigerate. This butter is great to serve with pancakes.
Lemon butter

250g softened butter

Cream the butter at room temperature in a bowl with a hand mixer. Stir in myAROMA lemon, rosemary, pepper, mint and salt. Wrap the finished butter in baking paper and refrigerate. Perfect for grilled vegetables and grilled meat.
HERB BUTTER

8 drops of myAROMA basil
2 drops of myAROMA ginger
5 drops of myAROMA pepper

250g softened butter

Cream the butter at room temperature in a bowl with a hand mixer. Finely dice the garlic and stir into the butter together with myAROMA mint, rosemary, basil and ginger. Season to taste with salt and myAROMA pepper. Wrap the finished butter in baking paper and cool
place. Herb butter goes well with almost every dish. It is excellent with meat, fish and vegetables.
