Peel the onion and garlic clove and chop very finely. Wash the tomatoes, halve them and cut them into fine cubes. Chop basil. Halve the avocados, remove the stone, and scrape out the flesh with a spoon. Roughly mash the avocado in a bowl so that there are still small pieces of avocado. Stir in myAROMA lime. Add onion, garlic and basil. Season with salt and myAROMA pepper.
