100 g of oatmeal
50 g almonds, ground
40 g chia seeds
40 g pumpkin seeds
40 g cranberries
80 g honey
70 g nut butter, e.g. almond butter
60 g applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
18 drops myAROMA No 30 hazelnut
Mix the applesauce, nut butter and honey in a mixing bowl.
Add the cinnamon and the myAROMA hazelnut. Mix in the oat flakes and ground almonds.
Add the chia seeds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds and mix everything together well.
Preheat the oven to 175 C. The cookie mixture is best mixed with an ice cream scoop
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the breakfast cookies for 11 minutes and
then let it cool down.
