Blueberry chia pudding with kiwi topping

80 g Chia seeds

2 tsp honey

500 g joghurt, nature

5 kiwi

16 drops of myAROMA blueberry

2-3 EL water

Mix chia seeds, myAROMA blueberry and 1 teaspoon of honey with yogurt in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. The next morning, the kiwis can be washed, peeled and roughly diced. Finely puree the kiwis with 1 teaspoon of honey and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Divide the chia pudding into 4 bowls, top with the kiwi puree and decorate with fresh blueberries and kiwi pieces. 

 

Tip: So that the blueberry aroma can be optimally distributed, it is best to mix it with a small amount of yoghurt, which is then mixed with the remaining yoghurt. 

For more kiwi flavor, the myAROMA kiwi flavor can also be used in the puree.
