Hot mint chocolate with rum (contains alcohol)

75 g chocolate

2 heaped tsp cocoa powder

400 ml milk or vegetable drink

3 tbsp brown rum

120 g whipped cream

30 drops myAROMA No 25 spearmint

preparation

Slowly heat the chocolate together with the milk in a saucepan. Stir well. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the cocoa powder and rum while stirring. Sprinkle with the myAROMA spearmint. Whip the cream. Pour the hot mint chocolate into glasses. Pipe on the cream using a piping bag. Garnish with fresh mint.
