Put the milk in a cooking pot, bring it to cook and put the cocoa powder in it. Add myAROMA No 30 hazelnut and No 66 rum, stir everything well and set aside. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully stir in the hazelnut cream. The hot chocolate is now filled into 2 glasses and served on top with the cream. Sprinkle a few chopped nuts on top and more of the hazelnut cream. Alternatively, myAROMA No 30 hazelnut can be stirred into the cream again for the hazelnut flavor in the cream.
