RECIPE

For 6 Pops

20 Min. Preparation Time

Strawberry layer incredients

150 g strawberries

1-2 tbsp maple syrup / sweetener of choice

ca. 4 drops of myAROMA strawberry

Cheesecake layer incredients

125 g greek yogurt

ca. 1-2 drops of myAROMA cheesecake

sweetener of choice

Cookie layer incredients

125 g greek yogurt

ca. 2-3 drops of myAROMA butter cookie

sweetener of choice

Preparation

Strawberry Purée:
Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and purée until smooth. Sweeten to taste and stir in the myAROMA Strawberry flavoring.

Cheesecake Layer:
Mix Greek yogurt with a little sweetener and myAROMA Cheesecake flavoring. Taste and add more flavoring if desired.

Butter Cookie Layer:
Mix the remaining yogurt with a little sweetener and myAROMA Butter Cookie flavoring. (This layer is optional; if omitting it, simply stir an additional 2–3 drops of myAROMA Cheesecake flavoring into the remaining yogurt instead).

Fill the popsicle molds, alternating between the strawberry purée, cheesecake yogurt, and butter cookie yogurt. For a nice swirl effect, gently blend the layers together using a wooden skewer—or layer them neatly on top of one another for a clean look. Insert the sticks and freeze the frozen yogurt pops for at least 4–5 hours, or ideally overnight. Briefly run the mold under warm water, carefully unmold the pops, and enjoy immediately.

Tip: Flavors can seem more subtle in cold foods. It is best to adjust the intensity drop by drop until it’s just right - especially with frozen yogurt, the mixture can afford to taste a bit more aromatic before freezing.
