Recipe

For 3-4 glasses

 

Incredients

500 grams of carrots

46 drops of myAROMA No 63 Red apple

35 drops of myAROMA No 36 Ginger

46 drops of myAROMA No 56 Orange

46 drops of myAROMA No 46 Lime

400 g preserving sugar 2:1

250 g red apple

Preparation

Place grated carrots, mAROMA apple and ginger in a large saucepan. Add myAROMA orange, lime, water and preserving sugar. Bring everything to a boil. Simmer the jam for 5 minutes. Then puree briefly. If the mass is too firm, add some water. Pour hot into the hot rinsed glasses. Seal tightly and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
