Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. At the end, slowly add the sugar to the egg whites. Add 30 drops of myAROMA marshmallow flavour. Carefully fold the coconut flakes into the beaten egg whites. Preheat the oven to 140°C (fan oven). Place a teaspoon of the coconut mixture on each baking tray with baking paper. Bake the coconut macaroons for 15 minutes with the oven slightly open. Leave to cool and enjoy.
