Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Mix the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy, gradually stir in the egg yolks. Grate the orange peel and squeeze out the orange. Grate the marzipan finely and mix it in together with the orange and myAROMA. Then stir in the flour. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe strips about 4 cm long onto the baking tray and bake for about 12 minutes.
Allow to cool thoroughly. Always stick 2 cookies together with jam. Melt the icing and dip one end in chocolate.
