6 cl tequila

2,5 cl lime juice

2 cl cane sugar syrup

5 drops of myAROMA No 24 grapefruit

6 drops of myAROMA No 40 cherry

1 TL sea salt

80 ml water

20 ml grapefruit juice

preparation

Rand des Cocktailglases mit Limettensaft bestreichen. Rand des Glas in ein Teller mit Meersalz tunken. Tequila, Limettensaft und Rohrzucker in das Cocktailglas geben. Kirsch- und Grapefruit Aroma hinzufügen und umrühren. Mit Sprudelwasser auffüllen.. Eiswürfel hinzufügen. Mit frischen Grapefruitscheiben dekoriert servieren.
