250 g cream

250 ml milk

50 g sugar 

15 drops of myAROMA vanilla

8 drops of myAROMA raspberry

100 g dark Schokolade

Put the cream and flavorings together with the milk in a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved in the milk. Put the mixture in a stainless steel bowl and leave to cool in the freezer for about 4 hours. Stir frequently. If you have an ice cream maker, you can then freeze the mixture in the ice cream maker until creamy. If you don't have an ice cream maker, simply freeze the mixture in the freezer for a total of at least 6 hours and stir every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals. In the meantime, the dark chocolate can be grated. As soon as the ice cream mixture is creamy and firm, mix the chocolate shavings with the ice cream. Then let the ice cream freeze overnight. The ice cream will keep for about a month when frozen.
