For the rim of the glass, crumble the egg biscuits. Spread the sugar syrup and the crumbs on a small plate. Dip the glass in the syrup and turn, now dip in the crumbs. From now on, be careful not to damage the edge of the biscuit. Slice the strawberries and put them in the glass together with the rum. Crush the strawberries with a pestle. Mix the milk with the sugar syrup and the cheesecake flavouring. Add the ice cubes to the glass until it is almost full. Carefully pour the milk over the ice cubes. Decorate with spray cream, strawberry, biscuits and crumbs.
