Tropi Fruti cheese crumble cake

For 1 sheet cake

incredients for the dough

250 gram butter

120 gram sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar, alternatively myAROMA vanilla

1 egg

500 gram wheat flour

2 tsp baking soda
 

Incredients for the topping

1 kg low-fat quark

1 packet vanilla pudding powder, alternatively myAROMA vanilla

100 gram sugar

1 egg

50 drops of myAROMA No 20 fruit basket

1 can of fruit cocktail (820 g)

 

preparation

Preheat the oven to 185°C top/bottom heat.
Make a crumbly dough from the dough ingredients using a food processor or by hand. Roll out half of the crumble dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour off the fruit cocktail, drain well. Mix the ingredients for the topping well with a whisk or hand mixer and then spread over the pastry base. Spread the fruit cocktail over it, then add the remaining crumbles over it. Now bake the cake for about 30 minutes until golden. Let the cake cool and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
