Vegan eggnog

REcipe

For about 700ml

 

incredients

37 g vanilla pudding (homemade or in a package)

17 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla

3 EL sugar

500 ml nut- or Sojadrink

14 drops of myAROMA No 17 eggnog

100 ml vodka or rum

100 ml vegetable cooking cream

1 pinch turmeric (optional)
 
 

preparation

Prepare custard with non-dairy milk and sugar until smooth. Boil the remaining plant-based milk while stirring and add the mixed pudding powder. Stir in thoroughly and simmer, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute. Take it from the stove and let it cool off. Add myAROMA vanilla and eggnog, rum/vodka and vegetable cooking cream to the pudding and stir in. It is best to mix the liquid components together beforehand and then add them to the pudding together. Optionally add some turmeric. This ensures a stronger yellow color of the vegan eggnog. Season the eggnog and chill for at least 1 hour.
