Christmas punch with mint & egg liqueur

For 2-3 people

ingredients

600 ml milk
200 ml cream
100 ml Ginger Ale
2 tbsp honey
½ pkg. custard powder vanilla flavour
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp nutmeg
30 drops myAROMA egg liqueur flavour
35 drops myAROMA spearmint flavour

 

preparation

Add the custard powder to the milk and whisk until frothy. Add the myAroma egg liqueur and spearmint. Add the honey and Christmas spices and mix well. Whip the cream in a bowl and then fold in. Pour the Christmas punch into champagne glasses and enjoy together with gingerbread or biscuits.
