Strawberry muffins

For 12 muffins

60 g sugar

150 g soft butter

39 drops of (= 1,95ml) myAROMA vanilla

3 eggs

1, 1/5 TL baking powder

250 g flour

120 ml milk

200 g strawberries

39 drops (= 1,95ml) of myAROMA white chocolate

1 pinch of salt

optional: small white chocolate drops

 

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Line a muffin tray with 12 paper cases.

Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and stir until creamy. Add the myAROMA vanilla and white chocolate, as well as the eggs, one after the other and stir in.

In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Fold part flour and part milk into the dough in 3 batches and stir.

Dice the strawberries and stir in.

Pour the dough into the muffin cases and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Do the toothpick test.

Optionally, small white chocolate drops can also be stirred into the dough.
