Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites for the batter until stiff. Add the myAROMA egg liqueur flavouring. Carefully fold in the almonds, fine sugar and cinnamon. Place the dough on a well-floured work surface. Knead in a little more flour if necessary. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick. Cut out the stars. For the icing, beat 1 egg white until stiff. Stir in the icing sugar. Add the myAROMA orange flavouring. Brush the cinnamon stars with it. Bake in the preheated oven at 140°C top and bottom heat for 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool and then remove from the tray.
