To make the eyeballs, the washed blueberries are placed in the lychees. Alternatively, small red grapes can be used in place of the blueberries. The filled lychees are now placed on 8 skewers. Pour the lychee stock, currant juice (alternatively cherry juice) and flavorings into a punch glass. Top up with well chilled mineral water. For an alcoholic version, sparkling wine can be added in addition to the water. Add the remaining eyeballs to the punch glass. Pour the punch into 8 glasses and decorate with the equipped kebab skewers.
