Plum Crumble

Recipe

For 1 baking pan

 

incredients crumble

110 g soft butter

100 g brown sugar 

200 g flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon, or 16 drops of myAROMA No 87 cinnamon

pinch of salt

 

incredients plum

700 g plum (weight with core)


1-2 tbsp brown sugar


1/2 tsp cinnamon, or 28 drops of myAROMA No 87 cinnamon


10 drops of myAROMA No 50 almond


10 drops of myAROMA No 59 plum

 

preparation

Make a streusel dough from the ingredients for the streusel (using your hands or a mixer), then refrigerate briefly.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Core the plums, mix with sugar, cinnamon and myAROMA almond, myAROMA plum. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish (approx. 26-28 cm in diameter).

Distribute the plums in it and add the streusel on top. Bake the crumble for about 30 minutes until the streusel is golden brown.

 

PS: It tastes delicious lukewarm!
