1 apple

200 ml almond milk

3 EL oatmeal

1 TL linseed

2 dried dates

15 drops of myAROMA No 87 cinnamon

 

preparation

Wash, peel and cut the apple into small pieces. Blend together with the other ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy smoothie.
