A classic everyone loves: marble cake with eggnog

REcipe

for one cake

20 min. preparation time, 60 in. baking time

 

ingredients

250 g soft butter

120 g sugar

1 pk vanilla sugar or 30 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla
4 eggs
250 ml eggnog

300 g flour
1 pk baking powder

20 drops of myAROMA No 17 eggnog

2 tsp cocoa for 1/3 of the dough

 

preparation

Mix all the ingredients well, except for the cocoa, until fluffy. Then 2/3 of the dough can be put into a greased ring tin. Mix the remaining 1/3 of the dough with the cocoa and pour onto the light dough. To get the marbling, the dark mass can be easily pulled through the light dough with a fork. Now the cake can be baked at 175 °C for about 50-60 minutes.
