Prepare six dessert glasses (150ml each). Finely crumble the butter biscuits and melt the butter in a saucepan at a low temperature. Mix both together. First cover the bottom of the dessert glasses with some of the crumbled butter biscuits and press them down lightly. For the strawberry puree, wash and clean the strawberries. For the cream, mix the flavors with the cream and beat until stiff. Then mix this with the quark. Add sugar and mix again. Put the quark and cream mixture in a piping bag without a nozzle. Cut the piping bag open with scissors. Layer everything as desired and decorate with strawberries. Store the dessert glasses in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
