The aroma of strawberries is a delicacy for a lighthearted summer treat. Flavour up your ice cream with the fruity strawberry aroma, enjoy it in whipped cream or yoghurt or refine your lemonade and cocktails. myAroma’s strawberry aroma can also be used in salads, cereals or as a kitchen ingredient.
As early as the Stone Age, our ancestors consumed the small version of pineapple strawberries which we know today. The Romans also appreciated them. In the 14th and 15th century, the small version of pineapple strawberries was cultivated in France and England. The strawberry as we know it today came to Europe from Canada in the 17th century. Shortly afterwards, fruits were imported from South America.
At the end of the 17th century, our present-day strawberry, the so-called pineapple strawberry, resulted from a random crossing of the two varieties previously imported from overseas in Holland. It owes its name to its shape and its distinctive aroma. Slowly they rose to prominence in Germany too and got really fashionable in the mid -18th century where the main growing area was Baden-Baden. Today strawberries are mainly cultivated in Lower Saxony, Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria.

To refine your baking creations, to season your sauces or just to give your drink flavor - myAROMA can be used in many ways. How to properly apply flavors:
Our aromas can be used for baking, cooking and mixing. We will now demonstrate how you can easily add flavour to your water. Pour in the water in a glass. (We recommend water with gas)
Depending of the intensity about 10 drops of myAROMA should be added per liter water. Aromas such as elderflower, ginger, cranberry, lemon or wood ruff for example are perfect for water.
Flavour carriers are not really necessary for water but with all other beverages, yoghurt or quark a flavour carrier can be used. Just like in nature the aroma can spread better e.g. fructose in apple.
For all other aromas following flavour carriers can be used: sugar, butter, fat, plant based sugar, honey, dates or the natural sweetening of fruits.
Now you can enjoy your mixed drink from myAROMA.
Small hint: For all other aromas following flavour carriers can be used: sugar, butter, fat, plant based sugar, honey, dates or the natural sweetening of fruits.
