Dessert: Strawberry Dream

For 4-6 portions
Preparation Time: 10 Min.

 

Incredients

250 g  cream
250 g quark
50 g sugar
25 drops of myAROMA vanilla
100 g strawberry jam
500 g strawberries
20 drops of myAROMA strawberry

 

Preparation

First whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark, sugar and myAROMA vanilla well together and carefully fold into the mixture. Puree strawberry jam, strawberries and myAROMA strawberry together. Now alternately fill the quark and strawberry mixture in layers in a glass. Finish with the quark mixture and decorate with strawberry pieces.
