Breakfast Muffin

REcipe

For 12 Muffins

 

Incredients

60 g sugar

20 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla

100 ml cooking oil

1 egg
250 g lowfat quark

200 g Whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

100 g fine oat flakes

2 ripe Bananen

25 drops of myAROMA No 05 banana

2 TL raisins

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat. Mix the sugar, myAROMA vanilla, oil and egg until creamy, then stir in the quark.

Mix flour with baking powder and oat flakes and fold into the dough. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, mix with myAROMA banana and add them to the dough together with the raisins and mix well.

Divide the dough evenly into a greased muffin tin or one lined with paper cases and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
