2 eggs

50 g sugar

50 ml milk

50 ml cream

130 g flour

2 TL baking powder

2 EL oil

40 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla

Preheat oven to 170 °C hot air. Weigh all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with the mixer. Tip: Mix myAROMA vanilla with the egg beforehand so that the aroma can be distributed well. Then spread the dough into 12 wells in a lightly greased donut baking pan and bake for about 13-15 minutes. After baking, let the donuts cool briefly and remove them from the mold. While the donuts are cooling on a wire rack, the chocolate icing can be melted. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze. The dried chocolate icing can now be decorated with a powdered sugar icing.
