Hot chocolate

150 ml milk

10 g brown sugar

175 ml fluent cream

5 drops of myAROMA No 75 vanilla

17 drops of myAROMA No 87 cinnamon

100 g dark chocolate, finely grated

 

preparation

Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan over high heat. Once the milk is simmering, add the cream. Beat with a whisk for about two minutes. Now the finely grated chocolate can be added and stirred in with a whisk for a few minutes. Attention: The mixture must not boil! After the chocolate has been thoroughly stirred in, remove the pan from the heat, add the flavors and continue beating until the hot chocolate is fluffy. For even more enjoyment, the myAROMA No 66 Rum can be added.
