For the Topping:
roasted almond slivers

chocolate sauce
cocoa nibs

Mix the low-fat curd with the milk until creamy. Add 15 drops each of myAROMA banana and cappuccino flavour. Stir in the lemon juice and maple syrup. Add the cranberries. Cut the banana into thin slices. Refrigerate the curd. For the topping, toast the almond slivers briefly in a pan without fat until golden brown. Break the ladyfingers. Fill the curd into glasses and arrange the banana slices in a circle on top. Finish with the almond slivers, ladyfingers and cocoa nibs. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top as desired.
